My experience with Portland is this. She listens extremely well - especially between the lines. She is profoundly wise and keenly insightful. Compassionate heart. Solid integrity. I consider her especially gifted to see the big picture and compassionately cut to the chase. In addition to being passionate about family law and very knowledgable. I highly recommend her. She surrounds herself with people whose passions are different yet complimentary.
